TERMS & CONDITIONS
01. BOOKING & PAYMENT
1.1. A non-refundable booking deposit of €100 is required to secure your Google Street View capture date.
1.2. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot and can be paid via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
1.3. If full payment is not received on the day of the shoot, INNSIDE reserves the right to withhold delivery of the final files until payment is completed.
2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
2.1. Cancellations with 7+ days notice: Your €100 deposit will be refunded in full OR held as credit toward a future booking (client’s choice).
2.2. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice: The €100 deposit is forfeited.
2.3. Rescheduling with 7+ days notice: No additional fee. Your deposit transfers to the new date.
2.4. Rescheduling with less than 7 days notice: A €30 rescheduling fee applies.
2.5. No-shows: If the client is not present at the agreed time and location, the deposit is forfeited and the remaining balance is still due.
3. SHOOT DAY REQUIREMENTS
3.1. The client must ensure the property is ready for photography:
- Clean and free of clutter
- Well-lit (natural or artificial lighting)
- Free of people or obstructions (unless otherwise agreed)
3.2. If the property is not ready, INNSIDE reserves the right to reschedule. Standard rescheduling fees apply.
3.3. The client must provide access to all areas to be photographed. If access is denied on the day of the shoot, the session is considered complete and full payment is due.
4. DELIVERY & TIMELINES
4.1. Virtual tours will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your package:
- Essential: 5-7 business days
- Professional: 7-10 business days
- Complete: 5-7 business days (priority)
4.2. Delivery timelines begin after the shoot is completed and full payment is received.
4.3. Tours will be published directly to your Google Business Profile. The client is responsible for providing login credentials or admin access if needed.
5. USAGE RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
5.1. INNSIDE retains copyright of all images and virtual tours.
5.2. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the virtual tour on their Google Business Profile and for promotional purposes.
5.3. INNSIDE reserves the right to use the virtual tour in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. GOOGLE STREET VIEW PUBLISHING
6.1. Virtual tours are uploaded to Google Maps as Google Street View content.
6.2. INNSIDE cannot guarantee Google’s approval timeline or acceptance of the content, though rejection is rare if the client follows preparation guidelines.
6.3. Once published, the tour is permanent and controlled by Google. Removal or edits require client action through their Google Business Profile.
7. REFUNDS
7.1. Before the shoot: Refunds follow the cancellation policy (Section 2).
7.2. After the shoot: No refunds are issued once the shoot is completed, unless INNSIDE fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.
7.3. If the client is dissatisfied with the final tour, INNSIDE will offer one round of revisions (minor adjustments only). Major re-shoots are subject to additional fees.
8. LIABILITY
8.1. INNSIDE is not liable for:
- Damage to property caused by third parties during the shoot
- Technical issues with the client’s Google Business Profile
8.2. INNSIDE carries professional liability insurance for equipment and on-site work.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
9.1. INNSIDE is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, illness, government restrictions).
9.2. In such cases, the shoot will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
10.2. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled under the laws of Portugal, with jurisdiction in Lisbon courts.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
11.1. By booking a Google Street View tour with INNSIDE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
11.2. INNSIDE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
